These Terms apply to all clients — whether you are a business, startup, individual, or organization — based in Bangladesh or anywhere in the world.

Riaz Dadu provides a range of professional digital services tailored to help businesses grow online. These services include, but are not limited to:

• Website Development — Custom WordPress websites, landing pages, business websites, e-commerce stores, and portfolio sites built for performance, speed, and SEO.
• Digital Marketing — SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Google Ads management, Facebook Ads campaigns, social media marketing, and content strategy.
• Graphics Design — Brand identity, logo design, social media creatives, banners, and professional marketing materials.
• AI Automation & Solutions — AI-powered tools, workflow automation, chatbot integration, and smart digital marketing strategies using artificial intelligence.
• Affiliate & CPA Marketing — Strategy, setup, and management of affiliate marketing campaigns for online revenue growth.

All services are delivered based on mutual agreement, project scope, and the specific deliverables discussed before the project begins. The scope of work will always be confirmed in writing before any work commences.

Every project begins with a free consultation to understand your goals, requirements, and budget. A formal project proposal or agreement will be shared, clearly outlining:

• The exact scope of work and deliverables
• Project milestones and deadlines
• Pricing and payment schedule
• Number of revision rounds included
• Any tools, platforms, or third-party services involved

Work on your project will only begin once the project scope is confirmed and the agreed-upon advance payment has been received. Any verbal agreements or informal understandings do not substitute written confirmation.

Clear, transparent pricing is fundamental to how I work. The following payment terms apply to all projects:

• Advance Payment: A minimum of 50% advance payment is required before project work begins. For larger projects, a phased payment schedule may be agreed upon.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion and before the final delivery of files, source code, or live publishing of the work.
• Recurring Services: For ongoing services such as SEO, social media management, or digital marketing retainers, payment is due at the beginning of each service period (monthly or as agreed).
• Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via bank transfer, bKash, Nagad, PayPal, Wise, or other mutually agreed methods.
• Late Payments: If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, work may be paused until the outstanding balance is cleared.

All prices are quoted in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) or USD as agreed. Currency conversion rates at the time of payment apply for international transactions.

I am committed to delivering work that meets your expectations. Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. The following revision policy applies:

• Revisions within the original agreed scope are included at no extra cost (up to the agreed number of rounds).
• Each revision round must be submitted as a consolidated list of changes — not in multiple separate messages spread over time.
• Changes that alter the original project brief, add new features, or significantly expand the scope will be treated as new work and quoted separately.
• Revision requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the delivered work. Requests made after this window may be subject to additional charges.

I want every client to be happy with the outcome, and I work collaboratively throughout the process to minimize the need for major revisions at the end.

Intellectual property rights are an important part of every creative and technical project. The following rules apply:

• Client-Owned Work: Upon receipt of full and final payment, all rights to the completed work — including source files, design assets, and website code — are transferred to the client.
• Portfolio Rights: Riaz Dadu reserves the right to display completed work in his professional portfolio, website, social media profiles, and case studies, unless the client specifically requests confidentiality in writing.
• Third-Party Assets: Any stock images, premium plugins, fonts, or licensed tools used in the project must be legally purchased by either party. Riaz Dadu is not responsible for licensing violations caused by client-supplied materials.
• Pre-Payment Ownership: All work created during the project remains the intellectual property of Riaz Dadu until full payment has been received.

I take your business information and privacy seriously. Any sensitive information you share — including business strategies, financial data, login credentials, customer data, or proprietary processes — will be handled with strict confidentiality.

• Confidential information will never be shared with third parties without your explicit written permission.
• Credentials such as website admin logins, hosting details, and advertising accounts will be used solely for the purpose of the project and stored securely.
• Once a project is completed, I will delete any sensitive access credentials from my systems, unless otherwise agreed for ongoing support.

If you require a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before sharing sensitive information, please request one before the consultation begins. This is available upon request at no additional cost.

A successful project is a two-way effort. To ensure the best results and on-time delivery, clients are expected to:

• Provide all required content, images, brand assets, and information in a timely manner before or at the project start date.
• Respond to questions, feedback requests, and approval checkpoints within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 3–5 business days).
• Ensure that any materials provided (text, images, logos, etc.) do not infringe on third-party copyright or intellectual property rights.
• Provide accurate and complete information about your business, target audience, and goals to allow effective strategy and execution.
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule to avoid project delays.

I respect your time and am committed to delivering projects on schedule. Estimated timelines are discussed and agreed upon before the project starts. However, the following conditions apply:

• Delivery timelines begin only after the advance payment is received and all required project materials have been provided by the client.
• Timelines may be affected by delays caused by the client, scope changes, or third-party dependencies such as hosting providers or API integrations.
• In the event of an unavoidable delay on my end, you will be notified promptly with a revised timeline.
• Rush delivery may be available upon request and may incur an additional fee depending on the complexity and urgency of the request.

While I strive to deliver the highest quality of work and results, the following limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Riaz Dadu is not liable for any loss of revenue, business opportunity, or profit resulting from the use or performance of delivered services.
• In the case of digital marketing services (SEO, ads, social media), specific results such as rankings, leads, or sales cannot be guaranteed, as these depend on many external factors beyond my control including search engine algorithms, competition, and market conditions.
• I am not responsible for any downtime, data loss, or security breaches caused by third-party hosting providers, platforms, or tools used during the project.
• My total liability in any dispute is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Many digital services rely on third-party platforms, tools, and APIs. The following applies when such tools are used:

• Third-party platforms such as WordPress, Google, Meta (Facebook), Elementor, WooCommerce, and others have their own terms of service that both parties must comply with.
• Riaz Dadu is not responsible for changes, outages, policy updates, or account suspensions made by third-party platforms.
• Premium plugins, themes, or tools required for a project may carry additional licensing costs, which will be communicated to the client in advance.
• Any advertising spend on platforms like Google Ads or Facebook Ads is paid directly by the client to the respective platform. Management fees for these services are separate.

Either party may choose to terminate a project or service engagement. The following terms apply in such situations:

• Client Cancellation: If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, the advance payment (or proportion of work completed) is non-refundable. Any completed work up to the cancellation date will be delivered upon receipt of payment for that portion.
• Cancellation by Riaz Dadu: I reserve the right to withdraw from a project if the client engages in abusive or unethical behavior, provides false information, or violates these Terms. In such cases, a refund for unworked portions may be provided at my discretion.
• Ongoing Service Cancellation: Monthly retainer services may be cancelled with a minimum of 14 days’ written notice before the next billing period. Services already paid for will be delivered in full before cancellation takes effect.

Refunds, where applicable, are governed by the separate Refund Policy available on this website.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation and direct communication.

If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes may be escalated through appropriate legal channels within the jurisdiction of Bangladesh. For international clients, disputes will be resolved through mutually agreed arbitration or mediation.

Riaz Dadu reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being published on this page with an updated “Last Modified” date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued engagement with any services after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For significant changes, I will make a reasonable effort to notify active clients via email or direct message.
